fonts-kacst software package provides KACST free TrueType Arabic fonts, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-kacst
fonts-kacst is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-kacst package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-kacst *
You will get with fonts-kacst package name, version, architecture and description in a table
